Ingredients
  

For the Feta Rolls

  • 8 oz Feta cheese Crumble before mixing
  • 1 pkg Phyllo dough Keep covered with a damp towel while working
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For brushing the phyllo
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes Adjust according to spice preference
  • 1 tbsp Honey For the chili honey drizzle
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or mint) Chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix with chopped fresh herbs, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Take a sheet of phyllo dough, brush it lightly with olive oil, and cut it into strips.
  • Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of a strip and roll it up to form a triangle, folding in the edges as you go.
  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brushing the tops with more olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Chili Honey Preparation

  • Meanwhile, heat honey in a saucepan with a pinch of chili flakes to infuse.
  • Once the rolls are done, drizzle with the chili honey before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with extra chili honey for dipping. Great for parties or as a light meal when paired with a fresh salad.
