For the crust

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adjust based on your sweetness preference.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened to avoid lumps.
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping

For the toppings

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup additional peanut butter for drizzling

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.

Filling

  • In a bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.

Assembly

  • Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate and peanut butter on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Serving

  • Serve chilled, cut into slices. Garnish with extra whipped topping, crushed Oreos, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. The pie can be made a day ahead of time.
