This Oreo Ice Cream Cake is a rich, creamy, no-bake dessert layered with crushed Oreo cookies, smooth vanilla ice cream, and fluffy whipped topping. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or any time you're craving a frozen treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo cookies divided
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla or cookies & cream ice cream softened
  • 1 tub 8 oz whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • Optional toppings: chocolate syrup crushed chocolate chips, fudge drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Crush 24 Oreos into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan. Freeze for 15 minutes
  • Spread half of the softened ice cream over the crust. Freeze 15 minutes
  • Crush 6 more Oreos and sprinkle over the ice cream layer
  • Spread the remaining ice cream evenly on top. Smooth the surface
  • Spread whipped topping across the top. Add remaining 6 crushed Oreos and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired
  • Freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  1. You can swap Cool Whip for homemade whipped cream for a richer flavor
  2. For extra decadence, add a layer of fudge between the ice cream layers
  3. Best served slightly thawed (leave out 5 minutes before slicing)
