Ingredients
  

Chaffle Batter

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Use freshly shredded for best texture.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp almond flour Can substitute with regular flour but will not be low-carb.
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (like erythritol or stevia) Adjust based on preference.
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 package Oreo cookies Crushed for topping.

Preparation

  • Preheat your waffle maker.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, eggs, almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray.
  • Pour the mixture into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crisp.
  • Carefully remove from the waffle maker.

Serving

  • Serve warm and top with crushed Oreo cookies if desired.

Notes

Store leftover chaffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a toaster or microwave.
