
"1 cup long-grain white rice",
"1 1/2 cups chicken broth",
"1/2 cup heavy cream",
"1 tbsp olive oil",
"1/2 onion, diced",
"2 cloves garlic, minced",
"1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese",
"Salt and black pepper to taste",
"Fresh parsley for garnish"
Remove chicken and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Deglaze with broth and add rice; stir to coat evenly.
Return chicken, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is tender.
Reduce heat, stir in cream and Parmesan, and cook until sauce thickens.
Season, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
