  • 1 lb ground beef Can be substituted with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can use mozzarella, cheddar, or any cheese preferred.
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
