  • 1 cup carrots, sliced You can use baby carrots for convenience.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste if you like it sweeter.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Use low-sodium if preferred.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic recommended for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the kielbasa.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to preference.

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  • Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the pan.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  • Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to coat.
  • Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes
