Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the soaked chia seeds with water. Stir until it forms a gel-like consistency.
  • In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, salt, and baking powder.
  • Add the chia mixture to the oat mixture. Stir until well combined.

Baking

  • Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  • If you like, sprinkle some seeds on top for extra crunch.
  • Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool before slicing.
