Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 cup Biscuit crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Can use low-fat or vegan cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Whipped cream Can be substituted with dairy-free whipped cream.
  • 1 cup Chocolate, melted Use high-quality chocolate for a richer taste.
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin Follow package instructions if used.
  • Food coloring Optional For festive coloring.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Fresh fruits (strawberries, raspberries) Feel free to experiment with different fruits.

Preparation

  • Prepare a crust by mixing biscuit crumbs with melted butter and pressing it into a pan.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and whipped cream until smooth.
  • Add melted chocolate (or colored gelatin) to the mixture and combine well.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust and refrigerate until set, approximately 4 to 6 hours.

Serving

  • Once set, decorate with fresh fruits and additional whipped cream if desired.
  • Serve chilled in squares or in individual cups for a personal touch.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Can be made a day or two in advance.
