Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Lime zest for garnish For decoration before serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottoms of individual pie dishes or tart pans.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth.
  • Pour the lime mixture into the prepared crusts.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture.
  • Spoon the whipped mixture on top of each mini pie.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.

Serving

  • Serve the No Bake Key Lime Pie chilled from the freezer, cut into slices or in individual portions, garnished with lime zest.

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer for up to a week, covering tightly with plastic wrap or a lid. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier slicing. Make sure the heavy cream is cold before whipping for better peaks. For a stronger lime flavor, add more key lime juice according to your taste. If a sweeter pie is desired, add more sugar to the lime mixture. You can also add toppings like whipped cream or fresh berries for a twist.
