  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced Slice thinly for even cooking.
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (like cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers) Use any combination of fresh or frozen mixed vegetables.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Can use gluten-free soy sauce for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Tortillas or lettuce leaves for serving Choose based on preference.

Preparation

  • Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables and garlic; cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stirring to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the mixture in tortillas or lettuce wraps.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat before serving. Consider adding Sriracha for spice.
