  • 1 pound ground beef Use lean ground beef to reduce fat.
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 12 small taco shells

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and a little water; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Place the taco shells on a baking sheet.
  • Fill each shell with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the shells are crispy.

Serving

  • Serve the mini tacos warm right from the oven. Let everyone add their own toppings.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the mini tacos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes. You can also experiment with different ingredients and seasonings for variety.
