Ingredients
  

Cabbage Preparation

  • 1 head cabbage, cut into wedges Choose a fresh and firm head of cabbage.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a gourmet touch, sprinkle more on top before serving.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Feel free to adjust according to your taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to drizzle Olive oil
  • to garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Roasting

  • Roast the cabbage in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until tender and slightly golden.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until the cheese melts and the sauce is warm.

Final Assembly

  • Pour the garlic-Parmesan cream sauce over the roasted cabbage wedges and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve hot as a side with roasted meats or grilled chicken. It can also be made ahead of time and baked just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
