Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce Adjust based on heat preference
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, tossing halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets for consistent cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispness. Add other vegetables like Brussels sprouts or carrots for variation. Substitute maple syrup with honey or agave syrup for a different twist.
