  • Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to expand.

Serving

  • Once the pudding has thickened, gently fold in the diced mango and dragon fruit.
  • Spoon the chia pudding into serving bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes
