  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped until soft peaks form
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced Make sure they're ripe for best flavor
  • 1 box Nilla wafers Can substitute with other cookies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until well combined.
  • Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, then whisk until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture to create a fluffy texture.
  • In a serving dish, layer the Nilla wafers, banana slices, and pudding mixture.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best taste, serve chilled. Garnish with extra banana slices or Nilla wafers. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
