  • 1 medium Fresh tomatoes Sliced.
  • 1 oz Olives Sliced or whole, based on preference.
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese Grated or shaved.
  • 2 tbsp Zesty vinaigrette For drizzling.

Preparation

  • Lay the low carb tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Layer the lean deli meats evenly across the tortilla.
  • Add a layer of crisp lettuce followed by slices of fresh tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle olives and parmesan cheese on top.
  • Drizzle with zesty vinaigrette.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  • Cut in half and serve, or wrap in parchment for an easy lunch on the go.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh ingredients and feel free to customize the deli meats to your preference. Adding sliced cucumbers or bell peppers for crunch, or pepperoncini for spice can enhance the wrap.
