  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) You can experiment with different types of cheese.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic gives the best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing the garlic.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low carb tortillas or lettuce leaves Use either option based on preference.
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish Adds a nice touch and flavor.

Preparation

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the skillet, stirring to combine with the garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  • Stir in shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper; cook until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from heat and spoon the mixture into low carb tortillas or lettuce leaves.
  • Wrap them up and serve with a garnish of chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy your meal!

Notes
