Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add the Cajun seasoning, capers, parsley, garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix well. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld together.

Notes

This sauce is versatile; use it as a dip or a dressing for salads. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Stir before use as separation may occur.
