  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For tossing the potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

For the taco filling

  • 1 pound Ground beef For the main protein
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning Follow package instructions

Toppings

  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Your choice of cheese

Preparation

  • Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Cooking Potatoes

Cooking Beef

  • Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
