Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the bulgogi beef and cook until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  • In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  • Stir in the sautéed kimchi and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Assemble the hoagie rolls by filling them with the beef and vegetable mixture and topping with provolone cheese.
  • Optionally, place the sandwiches under a broiler for a minute to melt the cheese before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with potato chips or a salad. Perfect for gatherings. To store leftovers, wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze the filling for up to 2 months.
