Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Use finely shredded for best results.
  • 1/2 cup crispy pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs Can substitute with other seasonings.
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small mounds of shredded mozzarella cheese, about 1 tablespoon each.
  • Top each mound with pepperoni slices and sprinkle Italian herbs and salt on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served warm and can be paired with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or guacamole. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of days or refrigerate for longer storage.
