For the sliders

  • 6 pcs Boiled Eggs These serve as the low-carb buns.
  • 6 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with Swiss or pepper jack.
  • 6 slices Crispy Bacon Cook until crispy for perfect flavor.
  • 1 avocado Can be replaced with guacamole.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chives For garnishing.
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Preparation

  • Start by boiling the eggs. Once they are boiled, peel them and slice each egg in half. You will use the egg halves as the buns.
  • Cook the bacon until it is crispy. Set it aside on a paper towel to absorb any grease.
  • Slice the avocado and mash it if you prefer a spreadable consistency.

Assembly

  • On one half of each egg, place a slice of cheese, a piece of crispy bacon, and some avocado.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and everything bagel seasoning for added flavor.
  • Top with the other half of the egg.
  • Finish off with a sprinkle of chives for garnish.
