  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and rosemary.
  • Sear pork chops in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and honey, cooking for an additional minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve these pork chops with roasted vegetables, a fresh salad, mashed potatoes, or rice. Drizzle leftover sauce over the pork chops for extra flavor.
