  • 1 package strawberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup whipped cream or cool whip homemade whipped cream can be used

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Once set, slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Store the Jello Cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Make sure to cover it well to prevent odors from the fridge. For the best texture, fully dissolve the jello and don't rush the cooling process.
