Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 grams Sweet potato noodles
  • 300 grams Marinated beef Marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
  • 150 grams Mushrooms Fresh mushrooms are preferred.
  • 2 medium Carrots Julienned.
  • 150 grams Spinach Fresh spinach.
  • 1 medium Onion Thinly sliced.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
  • Add mushrooms, carrots, and spinach; stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
  • Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper; mix well.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave. For freezing, separate noodles and vegetables first. Customize by adding different vegetables or proteins like chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
