  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese Can use pepper jack for extra heat.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños Fresh or pickled based on preference.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapeños, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it is bubbly and lightly browned.
  • Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

The dip can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge. To reheat, warm it up in the oven or microwave, adding a splash of milk if needed. Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired heat preference. Consider adding crumbled bacon for extra flavor.
