  • 8 oz Pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, diced
  • 6 oz Salami, slices
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese, diced or other cheese of choice
  • 1/2 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • to taste Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, salami, mozzarella cheese, and black olives.
  • Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
