  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve the Warm Hot Fudge Brownie Bread drizzled with hot fudge and a scoop of your favorite ice cream. For an extra treat, add whipped cream on top.
