  • 12 oz rotini pasta

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces Cut into even pieces for uniform cooking.

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup hot honey Adjust based on desired spice level.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking chicken.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For garnish.
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, for garnish Optional, for presentation.

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low, pour hot honey over chicken, and stir to combine.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the honey chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
