  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce for a gluten-free option.

Cooking Instructions

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Drizzle honey and soy sauce over the shrimp and broccoli, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  • Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve over cooked rice or noodles if desired.

Notes

Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Reheat on stovetop or microwave.
