Ingredients
  

For the drink

  • 1 shot shot of espresso (or strong coffee) Use a double shot for a stronger flavor.
  • 1 cup whole milk (or milk of your choice) Substitute with almond or oat milk for variations.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust based on desired sweetness, can substitute with maple syrup.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste Cinnamon Sprinkle on top for added flavor.
  • as needed Ice cubes Use extra ice for a colder drink.

Preparation

  • Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
  • In a separate container, combine the whole milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Heat this mixture until warm, then stir until the honey dissolves completely.

Assembly

  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cooled espresso over the ice.
  • Slowly add the honey milk mixture on top of the espresso.
  • Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top to finish.
  • Stir gently and enjoy your Honey Bun Iced Breve!

Notes

Serve in a tall glass with a straw, and add whipped cream and a drizzle of honey for an extra touch. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, reheating milk gently if needed.
