Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  • In a large bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts with honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  • Serve warm with additional honey drizzle if desired.

Notes

Make sure to trim the stems of the Brussels sprouts well for better cooking. For a more caramelized texture, roast for a few extra minutes but keep an eye on them. Enhance flavors with a pinch of crushed red pepper for heat. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
