Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk Add more for a thinner dressing.

Flavorings

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add the white vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

Keep in an airtight container and shake or stir before use. Adjust thickness by adding more buttermilk if desired. For some heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
