  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up a breading station: Place breadcrumbs in one bowl, flour in another, and beat eggs in a third bowl.
  • Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the flour.
  • Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Place the chicken tenders on a greased baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.

Serving

  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure chicken breast is cut into even strips for uniform cooking. Marinate for added flavor. Use panko breadcrumbs for crunchier texture.
