Ingredients
  

For the Pizza Rolls

  • 1 package pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded For stuffing
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices Optional, can substitute with other meats or veggies
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce For stuffing and dipping
  • 1 large egg, beaten For brushing on top
  • Italian seasoning (optional) For added flavor
  • Olive oil spray For greasing the air fryer basket

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small rectangles.
  • Place some mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on each rectangle.
  • Add a small spoonful of marinara sauce on top of the fillings.
  • Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges by pressing them with your fingers or a fork.
  • Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, if desired.

Cooking

  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  • Place the pizza rolls in the basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  • Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer until heated through.
