Ingredients
  

  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup
  • Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla whey protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 scoop (about 2-3 tbsp)
  • Maple syrup or sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup
  • Chopped graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • Whisk Greek yogurt until smooth
  • Add vanilla pudding mix and mix until fully combined
  • Stir in protein powder (if using) and maple syrup
  • Fold in vanilla extract
  • Transfer to a bowl
  • Top with fresh strawberries and crushed graham crackers
  • Chill for 10-15 minutes before serving
