Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, and melted butter.
  • Take the chicken breasts and place a generous amount of Boursin cheese inside each one. Fold over to seal.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture until well-coated.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish, ensuring they are spaced out.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
