Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Herb Butter

  • 4 tbsp butter (softened) Softened for easy mixing
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley

For the Sandwiches

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 6 slices sliced cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheeses

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix the softened butter with oregano, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl until well combined.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls individually and then into thirds.
  • Spread the garlic herb butter on each slice of the roll pieces.
  • Place a slice of cheddar cheese between two pieces of the buttered roll.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the sandwiches for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once golden and melted, let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. For extra flavor, use a mix of cheeses or add cooked bacon or vegetables.
