  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened to room temperature for easy blending.
  • 1 cup whipped topping You can use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Add the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, diced kiwi, and fresh raspberries to the bowl and gently mix until the fruit is evenly coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve in a large bowl or individual cups.

Notes

This salad can be served in a big bowl or individual cups. Add extra fruit on top or a sprinkle of coconut for decoration. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
