Ingredients
  

Mushroom Preparation

  • 8 oz enoki mushrooms Clean and separate the strands

Flavoring Mixture

  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste Adjust according to spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish

  • to taste fresh herbs Optional for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Clean the enoki mushrooms and separate the strands.
  • In a bowl, mix the harissa paste, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the enoki mushrooms to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the mushrooms.
  • Cook for about 3-5 minutes until they are tender and heated through.

Serving

  • Serve garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
