Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the halloumi slices and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove the halloumi from the pan and place it on a serving plate.
  • Drizzle honey over the fried halloumi, ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the top and serve immediately.
