  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped You can substitute with other greens if desired.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Feel free to use homemade or store-bought dressing.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas You can use gluten-free tortillas if needed.

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grilling

  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  • Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.

Assembly

  • Assemble the wraps by dividing the chopped lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and grilled shrimp among the tortillas.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly and enjoy!

Notes

Serve the wraps immediately for the best taste. You can cut them in half for easier handling or serve whole. Pair with extra Caesar dressing or a simple side salad. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one day but enjoy fresh to avoid sogginess.
