  • 4 pieces Pork chops Boneless or bone-in, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the pork chops into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the pork pieces with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cooking

  • Spread the pork pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through. Adjust seasonings to taste, and do not overcrowd the baking sheet for even cooking.
