Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Baking

  • Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking. Make sure to cut the wedges evenly for uniform cooking. Feel free to adjust the garlic and cheese levels according to taste.
