  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved Can substitute with sweet potatoes for a healthier option
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or whole milk for a lighter option
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Increase for more garlic flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste Ensure proper seasoning for chicken
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken and potatoes in a baking dish and pour the garlic parmesan sauce over them.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Great with crusty bread to soak up the sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
