Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 package biscuit dough

For the Topping

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasoning as desired.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each piece into a circle.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, fold the dough over, and seal the edges.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter.

Baking

  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

To store leftovers, let them cool completely, then place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven until warm. For extra flavor, serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, barbecue sauce, or ranch dressing.
