  • 4 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until it starts to wilt.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil; stir well to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat and serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Make sure to chop the bok choy into smaller pieces for even cooking. Adjust the amount of garlic and ginger according to your taste. For added heat, you can include red pepper flakes or sliced chili peppers. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
