  • 2 packs Ramen noodles Use your favorite brand.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for best flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons Chili oil Adjust for spice preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Use low-sodium if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons Sliced green onions For garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds For garnish.

Preparation

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a pan, heat the chili oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with soy sauce and toss to coat evenly.

Serving

  • Remove from heat and serve garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

These noodles are best served hot. You can enjoy them on their own or pair with grilled chicken or shrimp. For added freshness, serve with a squeeze of lime. If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
