  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Sauté until fragrant.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on personal preference.
  • to taste Chopped parsley for garnish Optional, adds color and flavor.

Instructions
 

Cooking Rice

  • In a saucepan, bring the water or broth to a boil.
  • Add the rice, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed.

Preparing Garlic Corn Mixture

  • In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in sweet corn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Combine and Serve

  • Combine the garlic corn mixture with the cooked rice.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat with a bit of water or broth to revive texture. Rinse rice before cooking for fluffier results.
